  • Software Purchases: Once the software has been purchased and delivered, no refunds will be provided. We encourage customers to fully understand the product features and compatibility before making a purchase.
  • Service Fees: Fees paid for services such as Digital Marketing, Website Design & Development, App Design & Development, and Content Creation are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to any of our recurring services, refunds will not be provided for partial months of service.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as if the product is found to be defective or if we are unable to deliver the service as promised. These cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel services such as Digital Marketing, Website Design, App Development, etc., with a written notice 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
  • Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions to any recurring services must be canceled at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
  • Billing Machines: Orders for our billing machines can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the order will have been processed.
